Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Leaffa. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- Free from damage caused by the customer.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or altered.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@leaffa.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the item (if applicable, especially for damaged items).
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking. Leaffa is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
- Approved returns: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
- Denied returns: If the item does not meet our return eligibility requirements, we will notify you and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@leaffa.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos showing the damage or defect.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@leaffa.com.
