At Leaffa, we want your gardening essentials to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $75.00 (contiguous United States).
  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 flat rate for orders under $75.00.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@leaffa.com.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Each item will include its own tracking number.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Leaffa is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Leaffa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
